Our newest and biggest (100 sq.metres,or 1076 sq.feet) two-bedroom cottage,”Moonamies”,
was built in 2002 and is located on the bank of the Kokemäki River at a distance of 300 metres
(.186 miles) to the nearest habitation.
A spacious multi-purpose terrace of 40 sq.metres (430 sq.feet) runs along the length of two walls.
Wide windows form ideal observation points to the river`s bird life and offer memorable scenic
delights during hazy sunrises. Two living-room sofas open up to make beds for four people.
”Moonamies” is equipped with modern conveniences and appliances. Internationally recognized
kitchen fixtures make cooking a transferable task from one country to another. Electric ventilation
above the stove and in all washing areas keeps the ”Moonamies” dry and clean. An individualistic
interior provides the atmosphere of a home-away-from-home. The kitchen has dinnerware for eight people.
Rooms from the terrace level are accessible by the handicapped.
The front of the big, red-brick fireplace as well as the bathroom, sauna, and dressing-room are
floor-heated. A traditional sauna with wood-heated stove gives you the Finnish bathing option to
the shower that is provided. A washing machine in the bathroom.
A television and separate PC are for your entertainment as well as radio with CD/cassette player.
A brick grill in front of the cottage is awaiting for the formation of your daily menu. The table is set.
